(Finance) – CIRas part of the share buyback plan, announced that it had purchasedfrom 25 to 29 September 2023, overall 745,536 shares at the average unit price of 0.4120 euros for one countervalue equal to 307,139.25 euros.
As of 2 October, CIR holds a total of 50,770,259 own shares, equal to 4.585% of the share capital. The subsidiaries do not own shares in the Company.
On the Milanese price list, today, a flat trend for CIRwhich offers a percentage variation of +0.12% in the end.
