(Finance) – CIRas part of the share buyback plan, announced that it had purchasedfrom 22 to 26 January 2024, overall 237,807 shares at the average unit price of 0.4251 euros for one countervalue equal to 101,095.08 euros.
As of January 29, CIR holds a total of 60,782,095 own shares, equal to 5.49% of the share capital. The subsidiaries do not own shares in the Company.
Today, on the Milanese price list, a flat trend for the financial holding companywhich proposes a percentage variation of -0.12% at the end.
