(Finance) – CIRas part of the share buyback plan, announced that it had purchasedfrom 2 to 5 January 2024, overall 375,000 shares at the average unit price of 0.428 euros for one countervalue equal to 160,517.50 euros.
As of 8 January, CIR holds a total of 59,677,753 own shares, equal to 5.39% of the share capital. The subsidiaries do not own shares in the Company.
In Piazza Affari, today, a fractional increase for the financial holding companywhich achieved a modest profit of +1.42%.
