(Finance) – CIRas part of the share buyback plan, announced that it had purchasedfrom 3 to 5 April 2024, overall 299,000 shares at the average unit price of 0.5376 euros for one countervalue equal to 160,741.15 euros.
As of 8 April, CIR holds a total of 71,897,711 own shares, equal to 6.49% of the share capital. The subsidiaries do not own shares in the Company.
