(Finance) – CIRas part of the share buyback plan, announced that it had purchasedfrom 18 to 22 September 2023, overall 679,765 shares at the average unit price of 0.4070 euros for one countervalue equal to 276,632.65 euros.
As of September 25, CIR holds a total of 50,024,723 own shares, equal to 4.52% of the share capital. The subsidiaries do not own shares in the Company.
