(Telestock) – CIRas part of the share buyback plan, has announced that it has purchasedfrom 8 to 12 July 2024, overall 1,379,000 shares at the average unit price of 0.6034 euros, for a counter value equal to 832.099,40 euro.
As of July 15, CIR holds a total of 23,953,489 treasury shares, equal to 2.29% of the share capital. The controlled companies do not own shares of the Company.
