The Angoulême Francophone Film Festival stands out as the launching pad for major productions, but also for first films. More than 50 feature films are presented this year. Among the first films, there is one that stands out: Sand sellerby Steve Achiepo, a gripping story about the business of slum landlords and the sometimes fine line between solidarity and illegality.
