Christmas trees accepted at depots across Norfolk

Norfolk County will again offer depots for residents to drop off their Christmas trees.

From Dec. 26 to Jan. 14, trees and brush that are free of decorations and not in plastic bags, can be dropped off at several locations across the country free of charge.

Those locations include:

  • Courtland Community Centre, 276 Main St., Courtland.
  • Delhi Bulk Water Depot, 80 Industrial Rd.
  • Langton Arena, 28 Albert St.
  • Port Dover, east end of Nelson Street
  • Port Rowan Community Center, 14 College Ave.
  • Simcoe Transfer Station, 164 Fourteenth St.
  • Walsh Sand Dome 984 Charlotteville Rd. 7
  • Waterford Heritage and Agricultural Museum, 159 Nichol St.

Trees left at the curb will not be picked up and firewood will not be accepted.
