Christina Schollin is selling the house after 24 years

After more than two decades announce Christina Schollin that she says goodbye to her beloved home in Spain.

The picturesque area has been a source of joy and relaxation for her and her late husband Hans Wahlgren.

Hans Wahlgren passed away after a period of illness on Friday, May 10.

Now she announces that it is time to move on and that she wants someone else to experience the Spanish sun and the beautiful surroundings.

“Now it’s time for someone else to enjoy the sun and warmth in wonderful Nerja in the future,” she writes on Instagram.

Not the first time

It is not the first time “Casa Angel” is for sale.

Last December, an accident happened that changed everything. Christina Schollin fell down the elegant marble staircase and broke her leg in three places.

She underwent an operation and was subsequently unable to use the stairs, which made it difficult to stay in the terraced house.

The couple then decided to sell and buy a single-storey villa instead, but changed their mind at the last moment.

– We are very happy with our decision to stay and avoid all the worries and concerns that a move would entail, Chtistina Schollin told The evening paper then.

But after her husband passes away, she decides to sell the holiday home.

“It has been our second home in the sun,” she writes on Instagram.

The charming corner townhouse has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The living area of ​​92 square meters also comes with two roof terraces.

She describes that the home has been a perfect place for family gatherings and relaxing vacations.

On the brokerage company Notar’s website, the starting price is set at 349,000 euros, which corresponds to approximately 4 million Swedish kronor.
