It’s been three years since we last saw Chris Evans as Captain America in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. In Avengers 4: Endgame, the actor gave his farewell performance and passed the baton to Anthony Mackie, whose becoming Captain America was told in The Falcon and The Winter Soldier.
Still, many fans wish Evans would one day return in the iconic Marvel role. There’s even a great possibility that the next Captain America movie starring Evans could be about how he brings back six Infinity Stones. We didn’t see that in Avengers 4.

Although Evans is not averse to the idea he quarrels very with the thought.
That [mit den Infinity-Steinen] seems to be something people would like to see. I don’t want to disappoint anyone but it’s hard… it’s been such a good run and I’m so happy with it.
With his performance, Evans has a impressive MCU legacy leave behind. Accordingly, it would be tricky to take up the role again.
It means a lot to me. It would have to be perfect. It would be scary to shake something I hold dear. This role means so much to me. So it would be a great challenge to play them again.
Whether we’ll ever see that perfect Captain America movie is uncertain. Captain America 4 with Anthony Mackie is currently in the works. The MCU sequel is being written by Malcolm Spellman and Dalan Mussonboth of whom were involved in the making of The Falcon and the Winter Soldier.
