The emergency services are working to ventilate the building.

The alarm about the chlorine gas came after 12 o’clock on Thursday.
– We had an incident at the swimming pool in Delsbo, where two types of chemicals were accidentally mixed which caused chlorine gas emissions, says Stefan Fröbom at the rescue service.
Now they have taken out the can with the gas from the swimming pool.
Not the first time
24 people were in the bath house, all have been evacuated. Nine people have been taken to hospital for checks. Some have had a cough.
– Unfortunately, it is not entirely unusual that you have hydrochloric acid and sodium hypochlorite to clean the water in the pools, here you have accidentally succeeded in mixing one substance with another. It’s not the first time I’ve seen this happen.
The emergency services estimate that they will be done with the ventilation in about half an hour.
