(Finance) – China’s manufacturing activity expanded at the fastest pace in almost two years.
According to what the investigation found Caixinthe index Manufacturing PMI it rose to 51.7 in May from 51.4 points in the previous month, reaching its highest level since June 2022.
The indicator, which also exceeded analysts’ expectations (51.5 points), is confirmed for the seventh month in a row in its expansionary cycle, thanks to the push of production reached the highest level of the last 23 months.
