China has executed a man who drove his car into a crowd in the city of Zhuhai in November. China’s state news channel CCTV reports on the matter.
62 years old Fan Weiqiu carried out an overrun at a sports center in Zhuhai city on November 11. 35 people died in the attack. Weiqiu was sentenced to death for his act in December.
Several serious acts of violence took place in China last year. However, the country’s government has censored the reporting of the cases with a heavy hand.
