Just before four o’clock at night, the police were alerted about a robbery in Södertälje.
Armed perpetrators entered a villa and forced goods before leaving the place.
– There have been several people at home, but I do not want to say exactly how many. Some of them are a child, says Anna Westberg, press spokesman for the police.
None of the people have had to ride an ambulance, but one has trampled in glass after the perpetrators broke a glass pane in the door.
– It may have been physical and you have threatened with weapons, but there is no ambulance needs, says Anna Westberg.
The child has also been threatened. The police have launched a preliminary investigation into serious robbery and blocked off the home pending a technical investigation. At present, no person is arrested.
– We are working on the info we have collected so far. We have gone through surveillance films and conducted interrogations.
The police cannot go into what the robbers have come across.
