– It seems like two 12-year-old children rode an electric scooter. One of them has suffered abrasions, the other is awake and talking, that’s what we have about the damage situation at the moment, says Daniel Wikdahl, press spokesperson at the police.
The police are currently working on the scene.
– The driver was blown and was sober. We are trying to find out what happened and what to write for the report, says Daniel Wikdahl.
