Bol.com, FrieslandCampina and the municipalities of Utrecht and Amersfoort, among others, are participating in Boss of Tomorrow† The idea is that pupils from primary schools and pre-vocational secondary education can experience what it is like to be in charge. They can join meetings, brainstorm and talk to employees. The bosses they replace also promise that the children will be able to call on them later when they really start working.
