Children abused and threatened in Hammarö

A man in his 60s and a woman in his 50s are suspected of abusing and threatening two children and threatening two more children in Hammarö outside Karlstad, the police write on their website.

– The children have been playing, and the adults have perceived that the play has disturbed their peace in some way. And so they have handled them in a bad way, says police spokesperson Lars Hedelin to Expressen.

All the children are under the age of 15 and the events took place in a residential area on Tuesday afternoon. According to the police, the abused children sustained “notable” but not serious injuries. The man and woman are not familiar with the children, according to Expressen.
