The alarm came shortly after 12 on Sunday morning and traffic has since had to be diverted. A total of five people have been taken to hospital, says police spokesperson Filip Annas.
“There are critically injured people,” he says.
According to Region Skåne, at least one of the adults only has minor injuries.
Shortly after 2 p.m., the road is open again in the eastbound direction.
