Roma, Lyon, Bayern Munich and Paris Saint-Germain.
The draw for the quarter-finals takes place on February 10.
The group winners are drawn against the group two winners. Teams from the same group may not be drawn against each other.
The matches are decided over double meetings. Group two starts at home.
The quarter-finals will be played on March 21 and 22, the returns a week later.
The semi-finals will be played on 22 and 23 April, the returns a week later.
The final will be played in Eindhoven, the Netherlands, on June 3.
