Yesterday, Tesla released its quarterly report for Q4 2024.
For the first time in over 10 years, the brand’s sales decreased, and despite increased revenue by 1 percent, the result on the last line fell by 23 percent.
However, the report provides clues to future products that can reverse the development.

Cheaper Tesla comes 2025
In the documents, Tesla reveals several goals and promises of future models, reports Inside EVS.
It is clear, among other things, that new models, including cheaper ones, remain on the right track for production start during the first half of 2025.
The models will include aspects of both today’s and future Tesla platforms, and are manufactured on the same production lines as the current models.

Limited information from Tesla
The message that the new models will be built on existing production lines with technology from current models, suggests that they are closely related to today’s Tesla Model 3 and Model Y.
In its latest investor report, however, Tesla points out technology from the brand’s pickup cyber truck that can be used in future models.
These include its 800-voltage system, rear wheel control, giga casting and electrical control without a mechanical connection between steering wheel and front wheels.
How much the chance is that such advanced technology will appear in a cheap entry model, however, is unclear.
