Chatham Kent police ask for publics help to find missing Merlin

Chatham-Kent police are seeking the public’s help in the investigation of a missing Merlin man.

Franco Basaneze, 45, was reported missing on Tuesday, police said.

He was last seen around 10:30 pm Monday in the area of ​​Rivard Line in Grande Pointe.

He was driving a gray 2009 Ford Fusion with Ontario license plate CBSZ 696.

Basaneze is described as 5-foot, three-inches tall, weighing 160-pounds with brown eyes and brown hair, police said. He was last seen wearing a blue hoodie and blue pants with boots.
