Twelve years ago, the last episode Two and a Half Men aired, starring Charlie Sheen. The actor was fired aside from numerous scandals, including because of a dispute with series creator Chuck Lorre. Nobody in Hollywood expected the two ever work together again become.
But that is exactly what is happening now.
Charlie Sheen teams up with Two and a Half Men creator Chuck Lorre for new comedy series
As the Hollywood Reporter reports, Lorre is currently working on one new series for the streaming service Max (formerly HBO Max). This is titled How to Be a Bookie and features Sebastian Maniscalco in the lead role. The big news: Sheen has also landed a part in the new comedy series.

In the comedy series How to Be a Bookie, a veteran Los Angeles bookmaker struggles to keep his business under threat from the legalization of sports betting. In doing so, he navigates his family, colleagues and unstable clients.
Sheen starred as Charlie Harper in Two and a Half Men from 2003 to 2011. After being kicked out, Ashton Kutcher took over the series, albeit with a new role. As the Hollywood Reporter writes, Sheen has expressed several times in the past that he regrets his behavior at the time. Now it looks like he’s reconciled with Lorre.
