Charlie Hebdo publishes this Wednesday, January 4 a special issue, caricaturing the regime of the mullahs in Iran and supporting the revolt of Iranian men and women.
A month ago, Charlie hebdo has launched an international drawing competition entitled “ Free the mullahs with instructions to produce the funniest and nastiest caricature of Iranian Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei, described as a religious leader from another age who must be sent back to the dustbin of history.
Three hundred drawings arrived from all over the world, thirty-five were selected to illustrate this special issue dedicated to the protest movement in Iran, which has killed more than 500 people in 4 months.
