King Charles III will receive his crown just one week before the Wise Men. He plans to watch the singing competitions with great interest.

King Charles III and queen consort Camilla have visited the Eurovision venue in Liverpool.

The royal couple celebrated the unveiling of the stages of the performance arena with their presence.

The royals had the honor of pressing the button and turning on the lights of the performance arena for the first time.

At the venue, which is under finishing touches, they also met, among others, the representative of Britain Mae Muller’s.

– We watch the Eurovision Song Contest with great interest. We are rooting for you, King Charles told Mae Muller.

Queen consort Camilla, on the other hand, instructed the British representative not to take pressure.

– There is good energy at Eurovision this year – no zero points, Mae Muller estimates.

Charles’ coronation a week before the Wise

The Eurovision semi-finals and final will be held in two weeks. Just one week before the final, the coronation of King Charles III takes place.

6,000 Eurovision fans are expected. An estimated 160 million people watch the television broadcast of the singing competition.

Ukraine won last year’s Eurovision Song Contest, but due to the war in the country, this year’s Eurovision Song Contest will be held in Britain.
