Israeli media claimed that a passenger tried to enter the cockpit during the Tel Aviv flight. In its statement, El Al Airline pointed out that the incident was taken very seriously and stated that all necessary precautions were taken during the journey.
The incident caused the plane to land in Thessaloniki, Greece. It was reported that airport police detained the suspect.
It was noted that after the situation was resolved, the plane continued its planned journey to Tel Aviv.
Last year, an emergency occurred on a different El Al plane due to smoke in the cockpit.
