This is how the occupational pension will change in 2025
The government has decided to introduce a change in the occupational pension as of the first of January 2025. This means that the pension companies can offer pensioners to extend the occupational pension or pause payments for the first five years. This can be especially helpful if you are a “workaholic” who wants to work more.
– It will also be more attractive to combine working life with pension through the possibility to pause occupational pension. Something that strengthens pensions and the line of work at the same time as safeguarding the skills of older people in the labor market, says the Minister for the Elderly and Social Insurance Anna Tenje in one message.
