If you missed The Walking Dead finale during its original broadcast time, you can finally catch up on it on Netflix. All episodes of the 11th season, which concludes the zombie series, have recently been streaming there.
In the last episode of the series va fan favorite from the first hour hides in the background: Chandler Riggs returned for a cameo long after the serial death of his character Carl Grimes.
The Walking Dead maker persuaded Chandler Riggs to play a small extra role
In episode 24 of season 11 of The Walking Dead, Riggs is seen in the Hilltop refuge. But only with eagle eyes. He stands in the background and wears a large hat. His appearance wasn’t planned; he was simply persuaded during a set visit, as producer Angela Kang revealed to Entertainment Weekly:
Riggs was in the area and wanted to see his old friends again. Then they needed extras in the background and [Regisseur] Greg Nicotero was like, ‘Do you want to try it? Come on, stand back there!’

According to Riggs, he has didn’t even put on a costume, but just put on a hat. Nevertheless, the little Easter Egg moment will delight many old fans of the horror series.
