The president of the Chadian transition, Mahamat Idriss Déby, received today the secretary general of the Cameroonian presidency, Ferdinand Ngoh Ngoh. A visit that comes in the midst of a diplomatic quarrel between the two countries, against a backdrop of conflict over the shareholding of the pipeline that transports Chadian oil to Cameroon. On April 20, N’Djamena recalled its ambassador to Yaoundé for consultations.
