In the Central African Republic, two weeks after the presidential decree ordering the holding of a constitutional referendum in the country, things are becoming clearer in the power camp. The United Hearts movement, the ruling party, set up its National Referendum Campaign Directorate on Friday evening, a committee responsible for mobilizing their activists for a yes vote in the referendum. This unit presented the strategy it will adopt during the campaign which will take place from July 15 to 30.
