In the Central African Republic, although it is the dry season, the capital Bangui experienced its first rains of the year 2025 on Sunday, February 9. Because of the violent winds, certain districts located in the north of the capital have recorded significant material damage with important rains. A dozen families, whose houses are partially or completely destroyed, therefore spent the night under the stars, church or relatives.
