(Finance) – In the first nine months of 2023 the Group Cellularline He has made Revenues of sales amounting to Euro 112.1 million, an increase of 17.6% compared to the same period of the previous year (Euro 95.3 million), thanks to the increase in sales in both the domestic and international markets.
The Operating income is equal to Euro 2.1 million (Euro -41.5 million at 30 September 2022, or Euro -1.5 million net of the goodwill write-down).
Adjusted EBITDA, an indicator considered by management to be representative of the Group’s profitability trend, was equal to Euro 12.9 million in the period under review, up by Euro 2.0 million compared to the same period of the previous year.
The Economic result of the Adjusted Group for the first nine months of 2023 is equal to Euro 4.0 million (Euro 3.7 million at 30 September 2022).
Financial debt net at 30 September 2023 was equal to Euro 45.6 million (Euro 40.4 million at the end of 2022) and an improvement compared to the final figure at 30 June 2023 (Euro 48.6 million).
Outlook
Based on the growth recorded in the first nine months of 2023, the actions taken by management, the performance of the end markets, the Group expects a “positive evolution of the company result compared to the previous year”.
