(Finance) – The Board of Directors of Cellularlinea company listed on Euronext STAR Milan and active in the smartphone and tablet accessories sector, has appointed Co-CEO Marco Cagnetta as interim Investor Relator, effective today. Cagnetta holds 267,093 ordinary shares, equal to 1.22% of the ordinary share capital.
The nomination follows the resignationcommunicated on December 12, of David DanieliChief Corporate and Financial Officer, Investor Relator and Manager in charge of preparing the accounting and corporate documents.
