(Tiper Stock Exchange) – Cellularline reported that he has purchasedfrom 17 to 21 April 2023, overall 14,500 ordinary treasury sharesat the weighted average price of 3.0117 euros per unit counter value total of 43,670.02 euros.
These transactions were carried out as part of the authorization to purchase treasury shares approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting on 27 April 2022.
As at 21 April, Cellularline directly holds 1,096,462 treasury shares, equal to 5.01396% of the share capital with voting rights.
