Nadia was convicted of attempted serious assault on the woman and her son, assaulting a security guard, setting fire and vandalism. The court believes it is important that Nadia is treated quickly, so a longer prison sentence would not be appropriate. Because she has already been in pre-trial detention for a year, she can now immediately go to a closed TBS clinic with a high security level. According to the judge, Nadia’s accountability was greatly reduced.
