Nadine Morano’s son, Grégoire Morano, was discovered dead at his home on Tuesday July 23, according to information from Actu.fr and confirmed by The Republican East. His father, Angelo Morano, worried about not having heard from his son, reportedly went to his home in Nancy. There, and having received no response from his son, he finally managed to get in through an open window, specifies Actu.fr. After entering the young man’s home, he reportedly discovered his inert body on his bed.
Angelo Morano then called the emergency services and began cardiac massage to try to resuscitate his son, without success. Grégoire Moreno was declared dead on the scene when the emergency services arrived. What did Grégoire Morano die of? The circumstances of his death have not been made public and further examinations are expected to take place. But according to Actu.fr, “the SAMU doctor issued a death certificate with a ‘medico-legal obstacle'”. A term used in cases of suicide or suspicious deaths.
Who was Grégoire Morano?
Aged 33, Grégoire Morano was the second son of Nadine and Angelo Morano, the second of the three children of the siblings. The one who had studied at the University of California in Los Angeles (UCLA) and followed the Cours Florent, a famous French theater school, presented himself on social networks as an “entrepreneur and video creator”, passionate about nature. He notably worked as a graphic designer for Havas Media, a company that creates video games.
In May 2023, Grégoire Morano was involved in a road accident. The young man hit a heavy goods vehicle while merging onto the A31. Initially arrested, he tested positive for cocaine. Last January, he was finally sentenced to 8 months in prison with suspended probation, an obligation to undergo addiction treatment, as well as an obligation to work or undergo training, by the Nancy court for driving under the influence of drugs, hit and run and endangering the lives of others. Absent during the appearance, Grégoire Morano’s lawyer had indicated that his psychological state did not allow him to be present. Nadine Morano’s son suffered from addictive disorders.
