(Finance) – The Board of Directors of Cattolica Assicurazionigroup company Generalapproved the own list for the appointment of three members of the board of directorsof which a member of the Management Control Committee, in view of the ordinary shareholders’ meeting called for 26 April 2022. Francesco Bardelli and Cristina Rustignoli are candidates as directors, Carlo Maria Pinardi also as a member of the Control Committee on Management.
