Catering Host 2023 kicks off in Milan over 2000

(Finance) – Fieramilano kicked off today with the cutting of the ribbon with the institutions Host 2023the world fair dedicated to the world of catering and of thehospitality. The event is held every two years and offers everything you need for a local successful: from raw materials to semi-finished products, from machinery to equipment, from furnishings to the table, with an in-depth look at trends, technologies and innovations. This year’s event – which will end on October 17th – is the 43rd edition.

In addition to Italy, the top five countries by number of exhibitors include Germany, Spain, France and the United States, which see HostMilano as an opportunity to do business ‘world by world’. The event combines a complete overview of theinnovation in all the professional hospitality with the insights vertical in the individual sectors, thanks to a layout extended across the entire exhibition center and divided into three macro-areas that enhance the supply chain affinities between specialized sectors: Professional Catering-Bakery, Pizza and Pasta (38% of exhibitors); Coffee-Tea, Bar-Coffee-Vending Machines, Ice Cream-Pastry (42%); Furniture-Technology and Tableware (20%).

Companies from all sectors will meet, in addition to thousands of professional operators, highly profiled hosted buyers selected by Fiera Milano in 75 countries on all continents, in collaboration with ICE-ITA Agency on the target markets. Particularly relevant are the delegations from Americas (41%), come on Gulf countries and the Middle East (21%) and fromEurasia (30%).

(Thailand), a multinational hospitality company that manages over 3,000 facilities in 62 countries.
