When the cat pooped in the car, the 23-year-old woman stopped on E4.
It caused an accident with a truck.

The accident occurred at 5:30 p.m. on Sunday at the height of Hamneda in Ljungby municipality.
A lorry drove into the driver’s door of a passenger car which had stopped at the roadside in the northbound direction.
The car was driven by a 23-year-old woman whose cat had pooped during the journey.
– She felt she needed to stay and take care of the poo. She had no idea that you are not allowed to stop on the E4, says Fabian Sandberg, on-call preliminary investigation manager at the police.
The woman was fined SEK 2,000.
– She has learned a lesson. It was just sheer luck that no one was hurt. When the truck arrived, she didn’t stay at the open car door fixing things, says Fabian Sandberg.
