It concerns two properties – Forskaren 2 and Stockholmsledet 8 – which are being sold to the tenant Axis Communications and 18 smaller property deals.
“The sales prices are in line with book values,” writes Castellum.
“The transaction market is active in Castellum’s segment, but it takes a little longer to reach closure,” adds the company’s investment manager Kristina Sawjani in a comment.
