(Finance) – Casta Diva Group has communicated that they have been purchasedfrom 20 to 24 June 2022, in total 226,500 treasury sharesequal to 1.15% of the share capital, at the weighted average price of 0.67 euros for a countervalue overall of 152,581.00 euros.
These transactions were carried out as part of the authorization for the purchase of treasury shares approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting of 16 May 2022.
As of June 24, the Company directly holds 446,965 treasury shares, equal to 2.28% of the share capital.
In Piazza Affari, today, compounded a decrease for Casta Diva Groupdown by 1.07% on previous values.
