Casablanca, Morocco is hosting for the first time Les arts de la scène en Méditerranée which is traditionally held in Montpellier in the south of France. Meryem Jazouli, Moroccan choreographer, is the initiator of this event. The idea being that a southern country also hosts this event. “Casablanca Drift”, these are shows, film screenings, and meetings of artists from Tunisia, Algeria, France, Spain, Lebanon and Morocco of course such as Fatima Mazmouz, an artist who questions the memory of his country.
