William Nylander scored two goals and had three assists as Toronto defeated Calgary 5–4 in overtime. The win was Toronto’s third in a row.

The Florida Panthers lost to their neighbor Tampa Bay with a score of 1-4. The third set was tied, but Tampa forged three goals in the last set. The Panthers’ Finns were left without power points in the match.
