SVT confirms that Carola will perform an interlude during the competition in Malmö, but whether she will sing “Främling” in particular is not known.
“Främling”, written by Lasse Holm and Monica Forsberg, was Carola’s breakthrough in 1983. It won the Swedish selection and placed third in the Eurovision Song Contest the same year.
