The location belongs to the carnival association of Wijk bij Duurstede, the Kaieschaiters. Chairman Jan van Rooijen: “There is a lot of activity here, building is busy every evening and at weekends. Of course we only have a few weekends left before that happens.” The car of this association is ready, they have been using it for a number of years. “We can’t afford to build a new one every year.”
