The Rijnpinters association in Odijk gave the green light today. This year they celebrate carnival without measures, albeit in an adapted form and “with common sense”. “It has been two years after all,” said chairman Bjorn van Beek. “As an association, you have to remain a little visible, and of course we also feel like a party again.”
