When she was younger, she had problems with acne, but with the help of prescription medicine, she got rid of it. When Carina visited Hermansson’s cake podcast Under the skin, she told more.
– I’ve had two rounds of quite serious, heavy acne. The second time was when I started television. Blisters on the cheeks and completely dotted on the forehead, she said then.
In addition to medicine, in recent years Carina Berg has had a number of different beauty treatments such as Dermapen and various laser treatments.

In Kakan’s podcast, Carina told that her rescue was certain Lena Claesson. She owns the very exclusive S-clinic at Östermalm in Stockholm. There, customers receive tailor-made treatments, which may then involve medical skin care and injection treatments.
The clinic does not work with a fixed price list and is considered to be one of Stockholm’s best.

But fixing and donating the face is not the only thing Carina Berg has done in the way of beauty. In the latest episode of the podcast Gynning & Berg – Finding themselves which Carina has with her friend Carolina Gynning then Carolina wants to discuss Carina’s latest appearance change – which she actually advised Carina against undergoing.
– Now I only know one thing that we have to discuss. You’ve gone very, very blonde. When we saw the finale, you actually had a brand new hairstyle. We forgot to talk about it. It was absolutely incredible, says Gynning in the podcast.
Bleaching a hair as many shades lighter as Carina has done is no “walk in the park”. It can wear down the hair tremendously. And that’s exactly what happened to Carina. In the podcast, she tells more about the price she had to pay for her lighter lengths.

– You said “You will ruin your hair”. And I said “It’s worth it”. And exactly that has happened. I’ve ruined it. I have platinum blonde. It is clear that I have ruined it, says Carina Berg.

Carina Berg then describes that her hair was so damaged that “the ends started to cut themselves”. Even though Carina has gone to a reputable and recognized hairdresser, it was simply unavoidable.
– You should have seen the brush. In the long run, it’s a disaster. It became a phrase. I had a chewing gum phrase, says Carina Berg.

Carolina Gynning makes it clear that she actually warned Carina Berg about the worst.
– Yes, you shouted “get a wig”. But I didn’t, says Carina Berg in the podcast.
– It was brave. You were brave to do it, concludes Carolina Gynning.
