(Finance) – Carige closed the first half of 2022 with a loss of 221.1 million which “includes negative extraordinary items of 212.5 million net mainly referable to provisions and write-downs”. This is what we read in the semester of Bper.
Carige was unable to proceed with the approval of the consolidated half-year report as at 30 June 2022, as originally envisaged by the financial calendar, following the suspension by the Court of Genoa of the effectiveness of the shareholders’ resolution that elected the new Board of Directors of the Ligurian institute .
