(Finance) – Caribbean Companya company listed on Euronext Growth Milan and active in the import, development, brand building and distribution of premium and ultra-premium spirits, wines and soft drinks, announced the appointment of Paolo Castagno as new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The position will be assumed from 8 January 2024.
Born in Turin in 1965, after obtaining a degree in Economics and Commerce, he acquired and consolidated his experience in the fields of administration, finance and control. He worked for groups in manufacturing sector, including Cartiere Burgo, Cebi, San Valeriano and Sinterama, holding roles of responsibility in company management. His professional path subsequently took a direction in service sectorwith entry into STAR7 from 2018 to 2022. Here, he held various positions, including CFO, Investor Relation Manager and M&A Director. He also held the role of Sole Director of STAR7 Albania and was a member of the board of directors of Vertere, a company acquired during his tenure in STAR7.
