(Finance) – Gli institutional investors they filed minority lists of independent candidates only for the renewal of the board of directors and the board of statutory auditors of CAREL Industries, a group listed on Euronext STAR Milan and active in the production of components to achieve high energy efficiency in the air conditioning and refrigeration markets, expected in the next ordinary shareholders’ meeting. The managers who presented the lists hold approximately the 2.7% of ordinary shares of society.
The list presented for board of directors is composed by Gianluigi Vittorio Castelli. The list presented for board of auditors is made up of: Acting Auditor Paolo Prandi, Alternate Auditor Elena Angela Maria Valenti. The lists were composed with the support of Korn Ferry, an external and independent advisor.
