(Finance) – CAREL Industriesa group listed on Euronext STAR Milan and active in the production of components to achieve high energy efficiency in the air conditioning and refrigeration markets, has communicated that, following the offering on the stock exchange of the option rights not exercised during the offered as an option, thecapital increase under option is fully subscribed for 12,499,205 shares, for a total value of 199,987,280 euros, without the intervention of the guarantee consortium being necessary.
